We’re based in Durban and serve the greater KwaZulu-Natal area. If your event is outside this region, reach out — we may still be able to accommodate!
Setup typically takes 45–60 minutes. We arrive early to ensure everything is ready before your event starts.
Cancellation refunds are only permitted if the booking is cancelled at-least 14 days prior to the booking date or earlier. Late cancellations will be credited towards a future booking with us within 6 months of cancellation.
